THE FOURTH DOOR
Where it runs for real
Anyone can describe a system. The arena is where I show mine. My businesses — real estate, publishing, software — run on the same agents and the same habit engineering I've been describing, and the evidence stays on the record: the logs, the checks, the failures included.
Real estate is the oldest arena. It's where the numbers habit comes from: a black-and-white letter costs about 89 cents to send, a thousand mailers about $630, and you might hear a lot of no's before one honest yes. It's also where the ethic comes from — a seller in a hard spot gets four real choices from me, never one lowball.
If real estate is your arena too, the whole path is public and every price is published: start free as a Setter — seven offers a day, tracked — become a Closer, then run deals as an Investor.
