AUTONOMY ARCHITECT

Eliminating the friction between what you mean to do and what actually gets done.

Most people don't have a laziness problem. They have an infrastructure problem. The follow-up doesn't happen, the gym gets skipped, the plan dies on Tuesday — not because you don't care, but because everything depends on you remembering, deciding, and pushing. I build what carries it instead: AI agents for a business's busywork, and sturdier habits for the human running it. I built both for my own companies first, and they're still running — you can look at the arena page and check.

33 named agents run my operations — last night one of them swept 11 repos while I slept.

Every message my systems send is logged. A weekly self-test proves delivery — it caught a real failure once, and the receipt stays public.

Gutsy Goals

A goal-setting book for people who are tired of systems that punish a bad day. It's written from years of my own daily practice, not from theory. How it works is the book's job to teach — that's why it's a book.

Coming this fall.

I'm Tim. I live in Crowley, Texas with my wife Karla. I've operated several businesses — real estate, publishing, software — and the pattern under all of them is the same: build the structure, then hand it to the person who'll run it. My mission is two words: cultivating growth. The faith that shapes how I treat people is here if you go looking for it; it opens doors, it never blocks one. What I don't do: income promises, borrowed methods sold as mine, or countdown timers.
