What's an Autonomy Architect?

The title gets a fair question: is that a real job? Here's the honest answer — I made it up, because no existing title covered the work. A software engineer builds the digital half and ignores the human half. A coach works the human half and can't build the digital half. The work I do is both, on purpose, because each half fails without the other.

The definition, plainly: an autonomy architect designs the systems that turn your chosen intentions into automatic outcomes. Two builds, multiplied. The first is digital — custom AI agents that take over repetitive work: follow-up, publishing, monitoring, the busywork hours. The second is human — habits engineered with targets you chose, floors for the bad days, and grace when you miss, so follow-through stops depending on how you feel at 6 a.m.

The formula I run on is called A-squared: Autonomous Agents times Automatic Action. Multiplied, not added — because agents free your hours, and engineered habits spend those hours on what you said mattered. Either one alone leaks. Together they compound.

What it isn't

It isn't an AI agency — I don't sell you a stack of tools and leave. It isn't motivation — nothing here runs on hype, and nothing expires at midnight.
