THE FIRST DOOR

Getting your time back

Every operator I meet is doing work a machine should be doing. Answering the same questions, chasing the same follow-ups, posting the same updates, copying the same numbers from one place to another. None of that needs you. It needs a system that works while you don't.

This is the first level of what I practice: AI as a tool that takes the busywork. Not "learn 40 AI apps." One or two agents, pointed at the most repetitive hour of your day, run by you. When people ask where to start, that's the answer: pick the hour you resent most, and automate that one.

I run my own businesses this way — the follow-up, the publishing, the monitoring all happen without me. The arena page shows the logs. What I've learned building that is what I bring when someone needs their own version.
